At GO, we want you to love what you wear. Because our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

Made-to-Order Products All GO products are printed and fulfilled on demand. This means each item is made specifically for you when you place your order. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of mind, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Your UK Consumer Rights Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item. However, this right does not apply to personalised or made-to-order goods. As our products are made to order, cancellations after production has begun may not be possible.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your email address] with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • A clear photo of the item

We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Cancellations If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, we may be unable to cancel. Orders are typically sent to production within 24 hours of being placed.
